As Fathers’ Day approached and since, I’ve been thinking of my Dad and the thoughtful, gentle ways he taught and helped us.
When husband Joe and I and 3 children were preparing for our first trip across country, pulling a U-haul, we had the trailer packed with 2/3 of our ’stuff’. It was full. The last third was spread out over my parents’ Maryland driveway!
