No big storms were in that region, although southwest Colorado was being hit by high winds and snow. So I spent about an hour online with CDOT through the day comparing routes. Every time I checked, the forecast had changed. More and more routes were being called impassible. But not our two normal roads!
We decided to be cautious anyway and take the longer and lower elevation one of the two. We moved along at a nice clip enjoying the gorgeous mountains, good conversation and beautiful weather. “Wise choice; we should be there in 3 hours, tops!”

Goal-Setting Is One Thing. It is only part of the process of getting where you want to be! An essential and over-riding factor is to be the catalyst for your life in other ways as well.

Einstein said that problems cannot be solved at the same level of consciousness that created them. This shift to another way of thinking often happens within coaching sessions. Everyday problems are seen from a different perspective, opening up new and exciting possibilities.
Coaching is very rewarding at times like these. It is a distinct honor to see my clients evolve and move to a new place of awareness and then ultimately to unexpected achievement and joy.
